She Who Walks With StonesBreaking The Spell is Rachael’s first poetry collection. She writes with insight and humour, drawing on many themes: nature, Goddess, her Jewish family roots and the journey through change, identity, loss, ageing and relationships.
Breaking the Spell arose from Rachael’s own recovery from low self-esteem, as well as her client work. She draws on a variety of approaches: cognitive behavioural methods, addiction recovery work, spiritual and creative techniques.
